watched jerry maguire last night.  one of my favorite movies for sure.  ray "d'you know that bees and dogs can smell fear?" 

i was busy this weekend with reading and that jazz, and that along with the fact that it was supposed to rain all weekend, kept me from climbing outside, so plastic pulling it was.  i now have a new rule for myself, no pockets and no cracks in the gym, f that crap.  no more.

mike huckabee is really growing in popularity in the polls.  really quickly.  check out splices of him speaking on youtube, he is legit. way legit.
